Q: Do you have a similar website available for sellers?
A: Yes, actually we do! I just haven't had a chance to put together a description and everything on the sales page yet. But you can see a sample site here:

This includes tying it into your Aweber autoresponder system and includes a 7-part report that will go out to your sellers automatically, and also includes links to affiliate products.
It’s basically just like the rent-to-own buyer site, but targeting sellers.
It has some nice features on the form that they fill out. There are several drop down menus and if they select certain options, more fields will appear for them to fill out. This is nice because you don’t have to have fields that don’t apply to them on the page to confuse them.
For instance, there is a question that asks them if the house is listed with a real estate agent. If they select No, they just move on to the next question. However, if they select Yes, more options appear such as how much it’s listed for, how long it’s been listed, and when the listing expires. Go to the sample site above and play around with it to see what I mean.
The pricing is $497.00 setup + $19.95/month. You will also need an Aweber autoresponder account which is about $19.00/month. Once you have the account, though, I’ll take care of setting everything up for you.

Q: Can you combine the Wholesale Buyers site with a Rent-To-Own Buyers site or do they have to be separate sites with different domain names, email addresses, etc.? I'm interested in building a buyers site to find both Wholesale buyers as well as Rent-To-Own buyers.
A: Yes, I can definitely do that.
We could put it all on one domain, with one e-mail address, etc.
Here’s what I’d suggest. We can put up a home page as sort of a central spot to send people for general marketing purposes (such as business cards). That will provide links to the other areas of your site.
We could put your RTO buyers site up at something like YourDomain.com/buy
Then for your wholesale buyers, we could put it at something like YourDomain.com/wholesale
That way in your marketing you can send people directly to the page that’s for them.
What I would suggest is to make your home page a blog, actually. That way you can post whatever content you want on it and it’ll just link to the other areas of your site. This way you can make the site your own and also get some favorable attention from the search engines.
Of course, if you're not ready to do blogging, that's fine. You don't have to post anything on it if you don't want to. It'll just be linking to the other areas of your site. But if you ever want to use it as a blog, it's there waiting for you.
It would make the most sense to have two separate property listers set up, one for rent-to-own buyers and a separate one for wholesale buyers. And it can still all go under one domain.
Also, you only need one account with Aweber for the autoresponder because they let you have unlimited lists.
As far as the setup, though, it’s about the same as setting up multiple sites. Each part of the site will be like a separate site, just all housed under one domain name.
So basically it's like setting up everything in the Gold Package twice (2 landing pages, 2 property listers, etc.), plus a little more to tie it all together with a blog. If you want to get it all at once, and you're ready now, I’ll give you a break on it. It normally would be $1,480.00 ($740.00 x 2), but if you want to get it all now, I’ll do it for $1,250.00 and $37/month. This will probably be going up quite a bit in price once we get it up on the sales page. But you can get it now and save.

Otherwise, if you just want to start out with one part of the site, you can, and just add to it as you’re able. Of course, it'll cost more that way, but you can do whatever works best for you. As long as I know how you want it to be set up in the long run, I can set things up where it can be added onto. Just be sure to let me know if you intend to later add on these other areas.
