Terms of Service

No small print here.  We have nothing to hide and want you to be fully aware of everything so there are no misunderstandings.

You may cancel your service at any time. However, service is non-refundable since we have invested time and money in setting up and maintaining your web site.

Although we are confident we are hosting your site on a high-quality server, it doesn't guarantee something can't go wrong.  There is always that potential no matter where you host your sites.  A web server is still a computer and if you've been around computers much, you know stuff can go wrong.  When a web server has problems, this can result in a website going down and being temporarily unavailable.

Regular maintenance is done on our server to greatly minimize the chance of any downtime.  Also, we have taken measures to ensure any downtime is minimized by doing backups of our data.

However, that being said, we're not responsible for any downtime you may experience on your site.  We would be glad to reimburse you for the downtime itself, prorated, but not to exceed one month of service.  In other words, we're not liable for any damages caused by downtime or technical problems on the server.

For instance, if you paid for an ad and your site happened to go down while the ad was running, we aren't responsible for your loss.  As previously stated, we'd be glad to reimburse you for the time you were without the service, but we won't pay for lost revenue or the money you spent on advertising.  We have our own sites hosted on the same server, so if your site goes down, it likely means ours is down too so we're experiencing a loss too.  It's always a possibility when you do business online.

This is not meant to scare you, by any means.  These things are just part of doing business online.  Most people won't tell you these things directly, but will hide it in the fine print and you end up agreeing to it without realizing it.  We're not going to hide it because we think you should know.  However, it's very unlikely it'll ever even be an issue because we do everything we can to protect your site from ever going down.

Providing you with superior quality and reliable service is our top priority.  We do our best to make sure your site works flawlessly.  We worry about that stuff so you don't have to.
